Golden Isles Care Team is now offering in-home care services to patients with NO OUT OF POCKET COST!. We are an approved Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) provider focused on providing quality and individualized professional in-home care.

The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) provides services for children over the age of 5 for unskilled services.

Children under the age of 5 require skilled in-home nursing services and must be currently receiving physician ordered services to be considered eligible for this program.
